Shipping Policy

NOTICE
From 1st August 2022 onwards, please take note that all international shipment will be shipped with DHL Express only.
  1. When will my item be shipped out?

 

Once orders have been placed, it will be processed on the next business day. Last shipping would be done on Friday, orders before 12 noon (Local Singapore time, GMT +8). Note that no shipping will be done on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

 

  1. LOCAL ORDERS (Singapore) - Free shipping, no minimums

 

2.1) For local orders (SINGAPORE ONLY), pay nothing for shipping. Order will arrive at your desired address within 2-3 business days from the day you order.

2.2) Doorstep sign off delivery using local reputable courier companies, which will take 2-3 business days, with tracking number. If no one is at the address, buyer’s responsibility to follow up on the shipment with courier company.

 

 

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXPRESS SHIPPING by DHL Express)

 

3.1) By default, we offer worldwide international shipping with detailed tracking number by DHL Express only, all shipping charges is inclusive with non-sale, regular priced items. Do take note on the delivery time varies depending on country, typically 1-5 working days.

 

3.2) For Sale Items, shipping charges will be applicable follow table below, (3.6) Sale Items: Shipping Charges Price List (by DHL Express).

 

3.3) For those who have not received their shipment within the stipulated time frame in the table below, please allow at least (7) business days for delivery before raising an enquiry in respect of the non-delivery of any shipment. Please wait patiently until after the last day stated in the table above before raising an enquiry.

 

3.4) To avoid any delays for customs clearance, kindly ensure that mobile number and email address is valid. Please be responsible to respond to the email or messages from DHL Express, to avoid any delay for clearance.

  1. TERMS & CONDITIONS (Local & International Orders)

 

5.1) You will need to provide a valid street address with postal code, phone number and email address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

5.2) YOKDEE® Jewellery is not be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may be charged to ship to your country. YOKDEE® Jewellery is also not responsible for any delays that may occur during international shipping and customs inspections.

 

5.3) We guarantee that all shipments are packed properly before sending out for shipping. Therefore, YOKDEE® Jewellery will not be liable for any loss of shipment or damage of item during shipping. However, we do our utmost best to assist in the follow up of shipment should such situation occur.

 

5.4) Please take note that shipping cost will not be refunded should there be a refund or an exchange of the items.  

 

5.5) In some occurrence, please take note that "remote area delivery" charges may be incurred. We will inform you before proceeding with shipping should there be any additional charges incurred.
