1.1  All jadeite items sold at YOKDEE is guaranteed to be A-Grade only. Our in-house “Certificate of Guarantee” will be accompanied for all purchases.

1.2  Gemmological certifications. It would be customer's option to include the third party certification at an additional charge as follow:   

1.3  Note that certification will be done at a local reputable gemmological institute (Nangyang Gemmological Institute - NGI). Processing time for certificates is about 7 working days (estimated), time is depending on the institute.

1.4  Non-proofed feedbacks will be ignored.

1.5. Within 30 days (working and non-working) after received of item, should jadeite be found to be other than of A-Grade, with proof provided to us by reputable gemmological institute (E.g.: NGI, GIA), we will refund you the full amount with no questions asked.

2.1  We do our utmost best to fully describe the individual item as accurate and detailed so as to help our customers judgments. Kindly ensure you have read the "Jewellery Descriptions" before proceeding with check-out.

2.2  All photos and videos are taken by our skilled photographer under natural daylight and it is non-edited. Do note that colour may differ from device to device. For most accurate colour of items, we encourage viewing on an iPhone or an Apple device.

2.3  We do our best to provide you with the full descriptions and measurements. Do read them carefully. 2.4  For customers who are located in Singapore, we encourage you to check the item personally at our showroom (By Appointment Only) in order to have a perfect transaction.
